In connection with the development of the team, we are inviting an employee to the position of Sales Manager, who will build professional and long-term relationships with employees of medical institutions.

** The absence of a framework and "ceiling" of earnings, which consists of a monthly salary and a bonus based on performance.

What tasks lie ahead:

** Promotion and sale of the Company`s products in a designated territory, within the existing client base (health care facilities, private clinics).
** Active development of the territory in area of responsibility through expanding the client base of medical institutions, maintaining and strengthening the current contact base.
** Building professional, long-term relationships with employees of medical institutions to achieve their maximum loyalty to the Company and a high frequency of repeat requests.
** Coordination of contractual work with medical institutions.
** Participation in external events: conferences, exhibitions, trainings.
** Maintaining reports on the work done.

What is important for us to see in a successful candidate:

** Knowledge of Georgian and Russian languages
** Completed higher education (in the field of medicine/pharmacy is an advantage).
** Successful previous work experience in a similar position.
** Ability to build strategic relationships with clients and focus on the client.
** Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
** Ability to work with large amounts of information and in time-limited and stressful situations.
** Competent oral and written communication, neat and presentable appearance.
** Desire to learn and a high level of determination to achieve goals.
