Location: Remote
Working Days: Monday-Friday 16:00-01:00, Saturday 16:00-23:00
Salary: $800 + performance-based bonus

Responsibilities:

** Proactively engage potential clients through diverse channels, including cold calling, targeted email campaigns, and participation in networking events to create business connections;
** Conduct thorough analysis of each client`s unique logistical challenges and requirements, allowing for the customization of dispatching solutions that precisely align with their individual needs;
** Effectively communicate the value proposition of our dispatching services. Showcase how our solutions can drive efficiency, improve overall operations and bring benefits to client businesses;
** Retain relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service. Act as a reliable point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and building partnerships that extend beyond initial sales interactions;
** Identify potential areas for business growth and contribute insights to enhance our service offerings;
** Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities. Prepare regular reports and provide updates on progress to the management team.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

** Experience in sales is essential;
** Experience in logistics is a plus but not required;
** Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills in English;
** Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections;
** Strong work ethic and self-starter, capable to effectively managing multiple priorities and adapting to change within a fast-paced business environment;
** Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone;
** Must possess and be able to demonstrate strong influencing and closing skills;
** Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly.
