Universal Transit is a growing nationwide automotive logistics company based in New Jersey, US. We have an immediate opening for Sales Managers to join our team. Experience in the same field is a plus but not a requirement.

This position requires a high outbound call volume, so a strong work ethic is necessary for success. This is not a telemarketing position and requires consultative selling. Closing sales on a consistent basis is essential in this role. Salary plus and aggressive and unlimited commission.

Working Days: Working Days: Monday-Friday, with a rotational schedule for Saturdays every other 4 or 6 weeks depending on the number of sales reps in the team.
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 16:00-01:00, Saturday 16:00-23:00
Base salary: GEL 2, 200 monthly, with the aggressive 10% commission based on key performance metrics, allowing top performers to achieve over GEL 6, 000 + in total monthly earnings.

Applicants that do not have sales experience will not be considered.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

** Place a high frequency of outbound sales calls to potential customers.
** Receive inbound calls returned by prospects and repeat customers.
** Enter sales orders.
** Perform basic account maintenance activities.
** Meet quality assurance requirements and other key performance metrics.
** Effectively communicate value propositions through virtual and in-person presentations and proposals to develop and implement scalable community relationships and sales strategies.
** Make 100 outbound calls per day

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

** Excellent English interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
** Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections.
** Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment.
** Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone.
** Must possess and be able to demonstrate strong influencing and closing skills.
** Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly.

Qualifications:

** Experience in sales is essential in this role.
** Experience in the auto sales/auto auction industry a plus, but not required.
** Bachelor`s degree in sales, marketing, supply chain, operations, or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
