We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to help us build our Bolt Food partner operations efforts.

About the role:
As a Junior Data Analyst, you`ll be responsible for helping us bring our food delivery business to new heights. You will be working closely with our Operations Manager and HQ team, implementing, testing, and analyzing various strategies to acquire, engage, and retain users. It`s an exciting opportunity to directly impact our customer growth by working on big data and setting the whole team up for success with close collaboration. Salary: 1690Gel gross + Annual bonuses
Remote Work Option: We offer flexible remote work arrangements for candidates not located in Tbilisi
Your daily adventures will include:
** Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to delivery operations
** Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
** Collaborating with other teams and providing them with various insights from data
** Propose data-driven recommendations for optimizing delivery processes
** Perform ad hoc analysis as requested by the Operations team to address specific questions or concerns
** Handle missing or incomplete data by implementing appropriate strategies
** Creating various data models and dynamic dashboards
