DAC Services and Solutions is a leader of an international group in Multilingual Call Center and Multilingual BPO.

Location: Tbilisi office or from remote.
Employment form: Full time (8 hours)/Part time (6 hours).
Category: Other.

Job requirements:

** Excellent knowledge of Italian language (written and spoken).
** Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
** Good computer skills.
** Customer-oriented attitude.
** With or without previous experience.
** Spirit of teamwork.
** Flexibility in the scheduling of hours.
** Availability for weekends and night shifts.

Job description: Customer Support, Help Desk and Ticketing: managing calls, emails, tickets in Italian and English language.
