Digital Area welcomes Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its team.

Our ideal candidate:

Will have an excellent communication and organizational skills, 1-2 years` experience in talent acquisition, ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants. This role requires a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills as you`ll often be asked to work closely with other businesses and departments.

What will you do:

** Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
** Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff
** Source for the candidates for various positions
** Attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
** Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations
** Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives
** Manage full recruiting life cycle
** Participate in Onboarding process
** Ensure positive candidate experience

What you`ll need to fulfill this role:

** At least 2 years` experience of working as a Talent Acquisition Professional
** At least 1 year Experience with Tech Talents Recruiting
** Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
** Experience with full-cycle recruiting
** Experience in sourcing using various platforms for different positions
** Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
