Title: Marketing & eCommerce Executive

Due to the ending of construction and the imminent opening in May 2024, we are looking for a Marketing & eCommerce executive who will be the part of Accor Chain hotel, located in Tbilisi, Georgia - NOVOTEL.

The property is located in the Avlabari district - the historical center of the city and is a 3-building complex with well-developed infrastructure and a relax-zone.

Duties and responsibilities:

** Ensure the correct corporate policy and standards are followed for all printed and display materials;
** Coordinate reprints of menus, directories etc. with updated information;
** Performs other related tasks as assigned by management;
** Manage the organic social media calendar across Meta & LinkedIn with Sales team;
** Develop digital strategies to enhance brand reputation and achieve positive brand equity;
** Create photo and video archive;
** Create promotional and tactical marketing, e-tools and electronic media;
** Track, measure and report guests review;
** Maintain updated hotel collaterals.

Requirements and skills:

** 2 years of Marketing & eCommerce experience in hospitality industry;
** Good knowledge of English;
** Relationship management skills and openness to feedback;
** Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills;
** Software knowledge.
