Join us! - we are looking for motivated professionals to take over the position of Trade marketing specialist with duty station in Tbilisi.
Role aim:
Support the business of snacks and juices categories with the deployment of demand acceleration Agenda, analytics, perfect store, shopper marketing and category management.
Key accountabilities:
** Ensure effective and timely execution of Commercial Calendar
** Support development of demand acceleration annual, quarterly and monthly Plans for snacks and juices categories
** Support and participate in development of demand acceleration activities with detailed mechanics description
** Effective launch of trade activities, including point of sales materials and presentation to sales team
** Support development of sales stories for new launches
** Support and participate in development and organize execution of cross categories in-store standards based on Perfect Store strategy and business priorities:
** Align channel specific set of trade equipment to achieve execution standards
** Execute agreed planogram principles to achieve execution standards
** Support Sales and Marketing teams in field monitoring:
** Regular field visits to check in-store execution and monitor competitive trade activities.
** Coordination of trade equipment installation process and materials placement in trade with further control
** Participate and support Development and deployment of new effective trade equipment for constantly improving PepsiCo brands position in retail.
** Assist to control BTL activities - control of execution with following reporting.
** Align Brand and sales plans, develop and execute demand acceleration calendar in strategic sales channels
Candidate profile:
** Higher education preferably in business administration or economics
** 2+ year working experience in similar areas of responsibility
** Practical experience in providing analytics and reporting
** Excellent communication and influencing skills
** Fluent in Georgian, and English languages
** Advanced MS office user (Excel, Power Point)
