At Greet Hotel we`re looking organized Sales & Marketing Manager to increase product awareness and to create competitive advantages for our company in the market industry. Sales & Marketing Manager represents the company`s brand and drives strategies by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.
Sales & Marketing Manager`s main responsibilities:
** Attract new key accounts.
** Regularly control account`s database.
** Research and develop potential customer database, market segments; conduct sales calls
** Study and analyze existing market, competitors and potential trends;
** Organize events for key accounts and the company.
** Oversee all marketing activity and ensure it fits with the marketing strategy.
** Arrange for the company representative to attend relevant industry events and conferences.
** Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions.
Qualifications:
** Practical experience in a comparable position is highly recommended
** 3+ years hotel experience and minimum one year in a significant managerial role
** English language is a must, other languages are highly recommended
