I have only received one or two boxes that were not messed up, most had bad or missing ingredients, broken meat packs with meat juice everywhere, and twice I had boxes that were destroyed in shipping. I stopped reporting it to CS unless there were more than two missing/rotted ingredients because it's not worth it for their skimpy refunds.
