On my iPhone XR, when some of my contacts call me, the call goes straight to voicemail and is not shown in Recent Calls. I can receive texts from these contacts, just not calls. This does not happen to calls from all my contacts. I have verified that Call Forwarding, Airplane mode, Do Not Disturb mode, and Focus are not turned on.
