Join Our Team as Hospitality Manager!

Key Responsibilities:

** Operating between internal departments and stakeholders, managing client onboarding process
** Being aware of release dates for hotel and suppliers, and when payments have to be made
** Using the property management system (PMS) to ensure financial records are accurate
** Preparing detailed documentation for the stakeholders as well as internal team
** To assist the Accounts Department with invoice queries as they arise
** Building positive relationships with suppliers
** Proactively looking for ways to improve service, processes and the quality of communication with client.
** To log and share feedback from stakeholders to ensure that improvements are made as soon as possible
** Increase of rental rate. Participating in the marketing campaigns.
** Helping ROION project manager to develop the product and create a unique project on the market.
** To help customers generate revenue.
** Assist ROION manager in any relevant activities an tasks.
** Travel may be required (Within a country)

Requirements:

** Bachelor`s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, hospitality management, marketing) or equivalent work experience.
** Familiarity with data entry and content management systems.
** Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
** Experience in supervisory or team leadership roles preferred.
** English and Russian languages.
** Knowledge of Microsoft programs.
** Needs to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
** The ability to build relationships with suppliers and ground handlers
** Experience in Hospitality field, especially hotel management

Skills required:

** Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
** Strong organizational and time management skills.
** Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
