Job description:
** Oversee the development and implementation of strategic growth plans (growth business initiatives and supporting marketing strategies)
** Drive appropriate market research to support business development initiatives
** Lead, coordinate, and provide strategic support to cross-functional teams in executing growth plans
** Develop departmental budgets to support the company`s growth initiatives and oversee the expenditure of funds
** Evaluate crucial analytical data related to the growth of the business and marketing campaign performance
** Prepare presentations and improvement suggestions for meetings with department heads
** Develop, implement, and monitor initiatives focused on increasing customer loyalty and satisfaction to protect and grow our revenue stream
** Support the development and release of new product lines.
Requirements and skills:
** Master`s degree in Marketing or an MBA
** Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in Marketing or Business Development
** Proven history of identifying growth-enabling initiatives and opportunities, preferably in the [specify industry]
** Exceptional communication and presentation skills
** Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to operate in a high-speed, dynamic environment
